CPA or
"COST PER ACTION" - May be the best business model for a new
business because you don't need a sale just a
lead!
CPA is often called "Cost Per
Acquisition", that has to do with the proven fact that
most CPA offers by advertisers are about taking something,
generally new patrons by making sales. Using the term "Cost Per
Acquisition" rather than "Cost Per Action" isn't
wrong.
It is essentially more explicit. "Cost Per
Acquisition" is included in "Cost Per Action", but not all
"Cost Per Action" offers can be known as "Cost Per
Acquisition". Cost Per Action or CPA infrequently known as Pay
Per Action or PPA is a web advertising pricing model, where the
advertiser pays for each mentioned action a purchase, a form
submission, and so on linked to the
advertisement.
Direct reply advertisers consider
CPA the best way to buy online advertising, as
an advertiser only pays for the ad when the specified action
has happened. An action could be a product being bought, a form
being filled, for example. The required action to be performed
is decided by the advertiser. Ebay has recently revealed an identical
pricing called AdContext. The CPA can be decided by different
factors, relying where the net advertising inventory is being
acquired.
